Review Time
A package of soft pretzels was given as a gift and delivered while I was away on vacation. I opened it three days later to find the sealed pretzels covered in mold. There were no instructions indicating they were perishable or needed immediate refrigeration. When I contacted them via email, they ignored me and instead responded to the gift giver, placing blame on her. This is unacceptable, especially after five days, and it seems the mold must have originated from their facility.
I found this company while searching for holiday gifts for my clients. I made an error with my order, and they responded promptly and professionally. They even offered me a discount on my second order. I will definitely use their service again in the future!
UPDATE: My order from December 6 finally shipped on December 18 and arrived on December 20. While it made it in time for our family Christmas gathering, I'm still puzzled as to why it was ten days late. I ordered nearly $90 worth of pretzels on 12/6, and it hadn't shipped by December 17. I'm worried the gifts won't arrive on time, and it's disappointing. I noticed others on social media with similar issues regarding their orders.
We ordered a pretzel delivery for a month out to be there close to Xmas day. The delivery was done in three or four days, almost a month early. I emailed them about it and they instantly replied saying they were sorry for the mistake and offering me a 50% refund (the recipients were already eating the pretzels lol). They followed through the next day and the refund processed into my account on Sunday. Mistakes happen but excellent responses like this are not common. Bravo!
Hey I really like the pretzels and could be said I eat too many of them. However, their seem to be a quality control issue. A few orders ago, I received a tube full of broken pieces. This order included Cinnamon Sugar twists, that had virtually no cinnamon nor sugar. Very disappointing!
