Incorrect banner sent

I ordered pretzels for my cousins birthday and opted for the “Happy Birthday” banner. Instead she received a “Happy Fathers Day” banner. She is a single mom and I thought that this mess up could have gone worse if she was more sensitive. Accidents happen but more cautionary on events like this in the future.

The highest at-home quality of soft pretzels ever!

The recipient LOVED all of the pretzels and licorice we got him for Father's Day, especially the large soft pretzels and sour strawberry licorice. Both were delicious and chewy and the highest at-home quality we've had!

GREAT PRETZELS

I HAVE THE PRETZELS SENT TO MY DAUGHTER'S HOUSE AS I LIVE IN AN APT. AND I GUESS A LOT OF PEOPLE LIKE PRETZELS, SO THEY DISSAPEAR BEFORE I GET TO THEM. WE DO NOT HAVE A DOORMAN AND ALL THE MAIL IS PUT IN A ROOM IN THE LOBBY, SO I HAD TO MAKE SURE I WAS HOME WHEN THEY WERE DELIVERED. MY DAUGHTER HAS HER OWN HOME, SO THERE ISN'T ANY PROBLEM HAVING THEM SENT TO HER. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, AS YOUR PRETZELS ARE THE BEST. THIS IS NEW YORK, DO I NEED TO SAY MORE!
