Love the entire pretzels.com experience. Great packaging. Great crunch. Great flavor. Price, particularly shipping, is higher than we like. Perhaps Pretzels.com could offer coupons or sell product on online retailers with free shipping (for example, Amazon). That said, we love this product.
The pretzels and twists were very good, well-presented and packed. I thought they were a little pricey. They tasted great but would be even better with a touch of lye as in authentic older recipes. The catalog was difficult to use — you have to scan a QR code for each product to get to the prices and to order.
