I ordered 2 indoor plants as a gift for my son. They arrived on time and well packaged with no damage. The plants were of good size and extremely healthy. To my pleasure one was in flower. They had been watered and survived the postal journey. I'm so glad I went with this company. The health of the plants show that they care about their business. Thank you.
My order was delivered quickly, both plants packaged well and arrived undamaged, they were good value too. The baby philodendron price of orange was beautifully healthy and looked amazing, however sadly the zz raven came covered in webbing and generally looking pretty unkempt and needed a really good clean up before joining my collection, having said that, the webbing appeared to be harmless spider webs, no nasty pests visable, and the plant seemed otherwise healthy, but sadly the appearance on arrival let the order down from my point of view and due to this, I likely won't use prickle plants again.
Extremely disappointing experience with this company One plant arrived with central stem broken & missing so it had been dispatched this way Complained immediately after receiving delivery , multiple e mails sent & ignored Eventually after about four e mails I received a reply asking for photo of damage sent photo immediately same again ignored company eventually replied saying no photo I sent photo approx six times before they acknowledgedI ask for exchange plant Refused Offer 25 % refund I refuse Then they tell me to return plant they refuse to organise a collection which most suppliers do Want me to return plant at my expense Now approx 2 weeks later another plant that came the same day is dying it cost £38No point in making another complaintAvoid Prickle Plants Send you Damaged Plant & won’t Exchange Now Another Dying PRICKLE PLANTS YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED
