It’s first time buying from Prickle, and I’m over the moon with the experience. One of my plants that I ordered was out of stock, so the customer service team reached out straight away to apologise and to give me a refund. I was very impressed with the quality of the customer service here. When my plants arrived, they were packaged securely, no broken stems or missing leaves! The plants are healthy and beautiful, and fantastic value for money. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Prickle and I can’t wait to order more plants from them in future.
I'm sadly quite disappointed with the plant I received. It was supposed to be between 60 and 70cm tall. It's at best only 53cm, from the floor to the tallest leaves, so well short of what I expected. Out of the 5 growing tips, two have browned off shoots rather than fresh green new shoots. In my opinion the Beaucarnea recurvata should be measured from the bottom of pot to the top of the trunk. I feel this would be a more accurate description.
Lovely plants but arrived a bit damaged as not packed well some upside down and lots lost a lot of their soil. I have repotted and hope they survive. Would not buy again due to poor packing. Did not say it's was plants on box so was left on its side
