I had ordered an indoor tree, which arrived completely destroyed. All the branches were broken and some leaves looked shredded. There was zero explanation for the smaller missing plant from the order too. Customer service was slow to answer, and also refused to collect the damaged plant, so I had to pay for a garden waste disposal. Stay away if time & money are of value to you.
