One aloe plant was broken but was replaced immediately - thank you. However the nettle plant was tiny and although a replacement sent this was still tiny and when unpacked was also broken. Customer service and delivery no issue. The sizing of plants should be given further consideration. It was a £6 plant and looked liked a seedling that just started to sprout leaves.
Absolutely fabulous plant and so cheap. One of the plants was damaged on route, contact company, no issues sending me a replacement. Customer service was fast and efficient. If I can keep these 5 alive will order more. Fingers crossed.
9I'm having trouble with my plants at the moment, well established ones are starting to die so I need some new plant babies. I normally get my online plants from a different company but I saw a plant , tiny elephant ear, that I couldn't resist!I read some reviews and thought why not give them a try. Well I haven't been disappointed. The plant arrived quicker than expected, the plant is of extremely good quality and looked vibrant, it came packed well and the plant was not damaged.The plant is great value for money and I got a 10% welcome discount. It's already starting to shoot some new leaves. It has a QR code on the label that gives some really useful information, so hopefully my plant will survive.I would definitely purchase more plants 🪴 Plant update. I've had to contact them as the plant seems to be rotting at the root and the leaves are falling off. Im following all the guidelines but as to date i haven't had a response 😕 Thank you for you response. I didnt receive a reply, this is the first correspondence ive received. I have sent photos and another email. Please contact me direct.
