I em very disappointed of my plant

I em very disappointed with the plant , I have received recently. Firstly: delivery was delayed by one day. Secondly: the palm condition is not, what I have paid for and expected for! Few leaves have turned already into the yellow color! One, young leave is broken.

Delivered well packaged. Really lovely selection of plants. Website offers a great selection of helpful hints about each individual plant and how to care for them etc. Also, good value. I have used Prickle plants on a few occasions and no doubt will again in the future.
