Review Time
I received my order and immediately unpacked it. I placed in a position as advised, out of direct sunlight, lightly watering it and spraying it lightly. Having followed the instructions I am most disappointed that the plant is dying, leaves are turning yellow and falling. I have contacted the seller for advice. This was sent and there is nothing in the advice which differs to what I have done. I have asked for a refund or a replacement but they have not done this very disappointed
The plants I ordered arrived very quickly and in mostly good condition. The packaging was somewhat lacking which resulted in a fair amount of soil no longer being in the pots, however the plants themselves weren't really damaged, one had one broken leaf tip. Considering I had 7 plants in the boxes one broken leaf tip isn't bad!
Plants arrived promptly and look great, the only thing I will say is the box they came in didnt say to hold it up a certain way so during transit, the soil got a little everywhere on the leaves and on our table when we opened it up. Even though they were wrapped to prevent this.
