Prima dance wear is my daughters favourite and go to dance wear. Love seeing the Prima team at events, they are so kind, always take time to chat. Delivery’s are always quick and on time. The quality is fantastic, with a wide range of styles and colours. Nothing is to much trouble when placing an order or chatting to Prima about it.
I was in need of a costume for my adult lyrical team on fairly short notice when I came across Prima. The selection is stunning and when I reached out for help regarding sizing and stock they were so helpful in fulfilling my order. Safe to say the girls are in love with their costumes, they are breathtaking and the quality is unmatched. Thank you so much!!!
Absolutely terrible customer service .Ordered and paid for numerous items in September 2023 and still in February 2024 waiting for fulfilment of order !!!They promise when more stock arrives they will send out but when you chase up it’s been sold to new customers !!Have been sent the wrong costume , 3x the wrong size replacements repeatedly sent out and now they refuse to send out correct size until I return the incorrect item again !! A great shame as lovely costumes , but just too much stress and they just won’t accept it’s their fault !
I ordered 2 sizes to try. The company have refused to refund as they say it shows signs of wear and a stain on the crutch. The item was tried on in a bedroom whilst wearing knickers, taken off, folded, and returned in original packaging. Shame on them! Absolute lie from Prima. Obtaining money by deception? I think so. I received no explanation or photographic evidence either to prove. Use a better company would be my advice! I've been completely ripped off.**** edit.. I have been sent back the item which shows extensive fraying and looks deliberate in nature. It was not returned this way. Also, there is not a stain on the crutch on the item they have returned to me which was one of their reasons not to redund..They then say they will not refund as I haven't asked nicely. I did in fact send 3 emails before finally settling on taking pictures of the item that returned me and warning others on my IG account. Anyone who knows me, knows w wouldn't sentd back anything stained or all frayed like they said. What the heck. The items were not sent back with any stains and the pictures Prima sent were of the lycra all frayed as well?? They are dishonest and kept my money sadly.
Super fast delivery and beautiful good quality costumes. Great costumer service and sorted out my problems straight away!! Definitely recommend buying from here. I’ve got a few costumes from prima now and they are most definitely my favourites. Can’t wait to order again😊
