Review Time
Ordered 3 items . They sent wrong sizes and a replacement item less than the value I paid for. I was refused refund based on their terms and conditions. The customer service was shocking. I was told to remove my negative feedback to get a £5 refund. Honestly the worst shopping experience ever . I would advise you as below,there are many places you could buy stunning outfits. This isn't one of them . Don't waste your time and money.Just to reply to your reply...I have ordered 3 items ( I don't think it matters that sale item or not- customers should be treated in a professional manner) you have posted 2 which was the right product but not the size I ordered. The replacement item you have sent wasn't the size or colour I asked for and was less of the value of the product that I paid for . ( Although before you emailed me that 1 item was unavailable you did send an items dispatched email) Your customer service was shocking. Once again it was your fault not mine and sale items or not I should have been entitled to full refund.You have never offered any solution to the situation instead you called me aggressive ( which I am definitely not ) I have not kept any items , all was posted back to you ( still have the receipt to prove this ) .I understand that my review upsets you but this is the true reflection of what happened and the reason for my review is to help people. You have sent me emails demanding to delete my review - this is a genuine review unlike the ones you ask on Instagram/ Facebook friends and family to leave you because someone was truly unhappy with your customer service and left you a negative feedback.
Ordered a leotard in January. Arrived 17th February. My daughter tried it on herself (age 13) and it was put away ready for dance classes to resume on 12th April after lockdown. She put it on on 12th April and I noticed a fault on the back as a 1 inch section of mesh had not caught into the black lycra edging. I immediately informed Prima Dancewear. They replied to say there was nothing they could do as it was over 4 weeks since I received it. It was 7 weeks. We were in lockdown otherwise I would have noticed the fault on the back as she would have worn it for class! There were various other faults all over the leotard. Logged a dispute with PayPal and sent the leotard back at my expense. It was agreed in my favour thankfully and I got a refund. I only wanted to exchange the leotard with Prima Dancewear but their attitude and unwillingness to help in the circumstances was awful. I won't be ordering again. Terrible customer service and worst Dancewear company I have dealt with in the last 13 years of my two daughters dancing. I did think this company manufactured in the UK but they are actually made in China. Plenty of fantastic UK based dancewear companies.UPDATE: I think you must have the wrong customer as there were no signs of glitter (?) or wear and tear. It was never worn! It was also in full correct packaging when returned. It was a FAULTY leotard!! This was 2 years ago!
