Fabulous yard boots and service. I originally bought pull on boots but the instep was too shallow so ended up buying a laced pair which were fab. They have now had their day so I bought another pair but somehow ordered the wrong size, return was so easy and quick and new ones now on the way, no fuss or cost to me. All our PE rugs are brilliant too and the horses love them. Thanks Premier Equine for making life easy and coming up with the goods.

I ordered items with next-day delivery. I received a notification on the 1st of September, but the items never arrived. After emailing the sales team, I experienced back and forth communication blaming the courier and 'investigating' for 22 days now with no resolution. I ended up purchasing items elsewhere. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE!
I bought a set of travel boots, but after one use, they were damaged with a large tear on the inside. Perhaps the horse bumped into something during transport, but that's their intended purpose. They refused to replace them despite providing photos and having ordered them only three weeks ago. Very unsatisfactory.
I ordered some boots, but the zip-up style was too tight across the top of my foot. I exchanged them for a larger size, but the same issue occurred. A helpful representative suggested I try lace-up boots, which worked perfectly. They felt snug at first, but became comfortable after wearing them. I recommend going up a size, especially if you have wide feet. The team was responsive and kind, and now I have fantastic boots! The turnaround time was quick with excellent communication throughout.

I needed a UV fly mask for my horse with an eye issue. The representative I spoke to was incredibly helpful and assured me I'd receive it by noon the next day. I got a delivery notification, but when I checked the tracking, it said they attempted delivery while I was home waiting. I called the company in distress, and the representative took charge, contacting the courier to ensure the mask was delivered within two hours. I now refer to her as Super Laura!
The waterproof fly rug's lining came apart after less than a week of use! When I contacted customer service, they said they could only communicate with the original purchaser (as it was a gift), leaving me in a difficult position. The customer service was not helpful, and it's clear there’s a fault or design issue since the lining shouldn't be damaged like that. What a disappointment; I will be posting further reviews on social media.
