I am very impressed with the quality, speed of fulfillment of the order (10 days from order to arrival), and price. Also the customer service is outstanding with quick, easy help available. My ONLY quibble is the ease of design. It did take me a while to figure out how to design the gift certificates the way I wanted them. With some guidance, I was able to do it, and next time I order it will be super easy, but initially it seemed rather daunting. I was going to order a few months ago, but I was pressed for time and a bit overwhelmed by the number of choices, so I put it aside until a time when I could concentrate better. I think for first time purchasers, this could be enough to make them look elsewhere. I almost gave a 4 star review for that reason, however, the rest of the experience was so good, I couldn't justify anything less than 5 stars. Overall, I think this company is great and I absolutely will order again and reccommend to others.
Preparing for this project, I requested a sample pack which was shipped to me immediately, including samples or all their available products, I was able to determine this was the right company to work with. My order was placed, shortly after I got an email notification stating my project was in production, once I had a tracking number for delivery, my package arrived 2 days earlier than expected, print quality is amazing, cant wait to work on more projects together, another factor is their pricing, you can print small quantities as well
I needed a bunch of basic color copies, which was going to be quite expensive at my local office store. I was hesitant to use this site as I hadn’t heard of it before, but I decided to give it a try. My copies arrived well ahead of schedule and I was very pleased! Can’t beat the price.
