If I could give negative starts I would because clearly the overall 4 star average is not accurate. If I would have read other reviews prior to ordering from this company I never would have dealt with them but we live and learn. I ordered a blanket on 5/5. About a week or so later I call to check the status. The phone rings and rings and then hangs up on you. I tried the chat and waited for about an hour to speak with someone who gave me generic answers and told me 10 business days. She said she would work on escalating the order. I never heard anything. After 12 business days I called back. Of course you cant get through on the phone. I waited for about an hour to chat again. I was told 15 business days even though they previously said 10. Again I received generic answers and the lie about escalating my order. I told them I needed a supervisor. She said one would call me within a few hours. I tried to get a direct number for one because I had no faith I would hear from anyone. No number was given to me and nobody called me. I am currently waiting on hold again to chat with someone so I can hear more lies. DO NOT buy anything from this company and Groupon should be ashamed of themselves for continuing to post deals from these con artists.*************I WAS ON CHAT FOREVER AGAIN TODAY TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY ORDER. I STARTED TO DEMAND AN ANSWER AS TO WHY NOBODY IS AVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO BY PHONE AND THE REPRESENTATIVE DISCONNECTED MY CHAT********
