Have a voucher but system don't accept.

Have a voucher but system don't accept.Mail sent - reply received - instead on dutch site, have to make my album on the french site but there it don't accept my voucher and why do I have to go to the French site ?Live chat - it will be ok but what you think .....not...Mail sent - no replyagain mail sent - no reply...There goes my money.........

Viviana saves the day

Having noticed I had ordered coasters the wrong size (and waited a heck of a time for the chat line after phone support didn't help at all after an equally long wait) Viviana methodically looked into the situation and arranged the order to be amended to the correct size we needed. It took some time but we got there. Great stuff!
