Made a deck of blessings, curses, and character art for a big game of D&D I'm running for a wedding. Was blown away by the quality of the cards and printing, absolutely phenomenal, and the UI of the website is so easy to use. I ordered on Easter Sunday and they were with me within 3 days, so speedy for a bank holiday weekend!

Ordered some custom cards that I designed and drew myself. Came in a timely manner and they are good quality playing cards.Some small issues / feedback:- they give updates on the progress, but don't give a tracking number which would be appreciated. - if they could give the sizing for the actual design able part of the card. I designed the cards to the specification of the full card, but they give white margins so knowing the size of the actually design able part of the card would be nice.-Email confirmation that the product has been delivered would be nice.- an option to change the colour of the box the cards come in would be nice (i.e. the sides of the box, so the design you put on it doesn't just have blank white sides).Other than that I do recommend them for ordering personalized cards!
I was so excited to receive my personalised Poker cards and they turned out really great! I also used their customer service line and the gentleman was so kind and helpful when I asked for help with my delivery address. Delivery was efficient too.
Extremely disappointed! I made an order for 3x of custom D&D Adventure Boardgame cards, monsters, treasure and encounters. The online portal and system for uploading artwork is very easy and simple to use and the cost is fair. The rest of my experience was not good. Despite not showing a white border online all of my cards arrived with a white border on the front though the artwork print was fine on the reverse side. I went back in to check I hadn't made a mistake.I've not bothered to email or complain as I know with these companies I cannot return my cards as they'll be no use to the company themselves.
The design process was really good with straightforward choices for card size and type; then I was able to upload individual artwork for each card, one for the backs, box art, etc.Print turnaround was fast and I had received my order within just a few days or ordering! Will definitely use this service again. Great value, quality stock and printing too.
