Wasn't in a rush for this item but was very impressed by the speed of receiving it! Well packaged, really well made with a clear personalised image on it and at a great price. Would definitely order again and would recommend. Sure my friend will love her gift, thank you!
I am still angry that I paid for a service that displayed a couple of days delivery and after 24 hours a call from me to Printster to ask them about another product was told that I needed another image (why did it take them 24 hours?) they did not inform me that it may be too late to get the order through. The response from a very friendly customer services lady was estimate 1-2 days. I ordered from Printster as it was quicker than anyone else I would have rather not bothered it cost triple the price and 100% more stress.
I ordered 4 personalised coasters with photos of our cat. They were lovely & very well received as a small present from the cat to my husband. Very good quality & an all round good experience. Will not hesitate to repeat in the future as small gifts.
