Review Time
Reading on Trustpilot some very critical reviews of this company, I guardedly ordered four mugs with a variety of images to be printed. I was extremely relieved and delighted to receive them within the timespan quoted, well packaged and intact. The quality of printing was excellent and I would have no hesitation in using this company in the future.
This is the second time I have used Printster and I can't say enough good things about them so easy to navigate the order process and my items arrived with lightening speed, the quality is second to none excellent service thankyou I'll be shopping with you again
I wamted panoramic/wraparound mugs in 2 designs. I'm accustomed to producing artwork so I know there are things you need to know, but it wasn't all detailed on the website :-( but a really helpful email reply came back very quckly! :-) Could not have asked for better studio support. Dispatched very rapidly - let down by Royal Mail who took 3 days to deliver. Very nicely packaged up - woud have preferred no bubblewrap around the mugs; brown paper greatly preferred! Overall very impressed and the mugs look fantastic. Big thumbs up.
Ordered 10 masks for a birthday, tracking details say 'This item is on its way to Royal Mail.The sender has advised they've despatched your item to us' status has been the same for 3 days. Rang Printster got a 'oh how sad attitude, you can claim in 10 days if it doesn't appear'. No attempt to chase up the order with RM.Won't use again.
I am really unhappy with the experience I have had so far with you.I placed an order of x10 drink coasters and x1 mouse mat at the end of May. It was supposed to be delivered before the Jubilee bank Holiday but it didnt. I waited a little longer due to the bank Holiday and just thought that was the delay to still not have received it. I called customer service last week and was advised it was being returned to them as it expired the date at the parcel office - I did not receive any sort of note to say delivery had been attempted and i needed to collect it. I was then advised it was due back to them the following day and they would post it straight back out to me. We are now another week and still no sign so i called them again today to be told no note was down to have it sent back out to me. I do not have a order number as i never received a confirmation email and nor did I have an account with them view my order on their website.As I now have no belief this order even exists, i had to out of desperation for my order, replace the order so now i have paid twice !! I have paid for next day delivery as I have placed my order before 2pm today so it is expected tomorrow. I am honestly so disappointed and the original order was placed 4 weeks ago now - this is not acceptable at all.The reason I have even placed another order is because I believe in second chances and couldn't find another site that did what I needed so here's with fingers and toes crossed that I haven't just been scammed out of another £40.I have sent an email complaining and requesting a refund of my first order from a month ago that hasn't arrived.
I ordered mugs filled with sweets and chocolate. I noticed on one of the mugs the printing quality was poor but didn't check then all as once taken out of the box and put back in, it looks like they were previously opened. We ordered one mug with sweets and the other four with chocolate and received five with chocolate. Customer service was brilliant and sent out the sweets. One of the mugs we kept and the others went out as gifts instead of having party mugs. The glaze does come off inside the cup so I wouldn’t purchase the printed mugs from Printster again.
