Review Time
Sent me a mug without the correct coloured background and shocking quality. I've since sent more than one email requesting that they just refund me for this as to ensure I got the item in time I had to rebuy- but an offer had finished so it actually cost me more. They've just ignored my last emails and I've not heard anything or had a refund.
Poor quality products which are very expensive. Customer service is terrible and because their products are special order you don’t have any way of getting a refund! Avoid this company because if your not happy with the service or product you will not get a refund ! Don’t waste your money .
Our order unfortunately arrived wrong, the faces on the face masks were stretched out and unidentifiable. However, I called customer service and the lovely Pheobe picked up. I think its extremely rare nowadays to receive impeccable customer service, in fact I think its rare to receive even remotely decent service but Pheobe provided impeccable. The situation was sorted within minutes... I received a tracking number for the new ones to be sent out in time for our fast approaching deadline. She had a great phone voice, great email etiquette and I am very thankful for her as she saved me for our company event and kept me calm throughout the whole palaver. Thanks Pheobe
