I ordered some masks for a 21st and paid the large charge for next day delivery I received an email after full payment to say my item was ready and estimated delivery the next day, 8 days later it arrived, but the party was over, they have unhelpful and unapologetic, this is false advertising l live outside the UK and trusted that this company’s offering was genuine and true. The said all delivery dates from Royal Mail are an estimate, but 8 days later for next day is a farce. Don’t be fooled like I was, it was so disappointing and Printster refuse to take any responsibility
Just received my order absolutely not worth 40 odd quid!!The logo is not straight, not even in the left breast corner properly.Terrible quality all round.Not happy, certainly disappointed and won’t be using you again, total waste of money to me this!!!This review will be going on trust pilot too, with pics.The hoodie hasn’t even seen grey that I ordered, you’ve sent what looks like a off brown colour.Won’t be able to use at my school, looks proper cheap. There’s been no care at all in printing the logo onto the T-Shirt whatsoever!!
Ordered some face masks for my brothers stag on the 14th July. Now the 27th July and no sight of them. They blame Royal Mail for losing them. I have an Ecom business sending 40,000 letters and parcels with Royal Mail each year. They don’t seem to lose any of mine..! I asked for a refund as we leave today, charlotte said no because of their 10 working day policy about deliveries. I am no longer in need of these item. The least they could do after letting me down is to refund me. Poor service. Poor way to treat customers. Do better guys!
Shocking customer service - avoid at all costs!!! I ordered a “best dads get promoted to grandad” mug for Father’s Day, whilst expecting his first grand-baby. I requested the customisation to be left blank, to which this company have turned into some kind of joke and printed “Please leave blank” onto the mug. What should be the happiest time in our lives has been turned into a joke by this company. When I spoke to Rob and asked for the details of the complaints team I was told that he would not be able to provide me with the details, and that I can’t take my complaint any further. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t spend a penny on them.
I paid extra for a personalised hoodie to be sent to me within a few days and they sent everything else but not the main present which was the hoodie for my friends birthday. I’m not going empty handed to my friends birthday party because of it. All I got was an email saying “sorry for the inconvenience and let us know if it doesn’t arrive within 10 days!!” With no mention of compensation or a refund. I’m so disappointed as previously they have been good. Also upset that my friend won’t get his present tonight. Feel gutted to be honest!
Awful website which buffers and freezes. Postage/delivery same price as the item and then payment declined multiple times - even though no reason having checked with my bank. Does not tell you there is an error just returns you to shopping cart. Web chat support not helpful and not always responsive. I abandoned the order and placed it elsewhere within a matter of minutes.
Checked out reviews prior to ordering which were quite mixed. Very happy I ordered from this company, order received on time, needed on express for sons birthday.The wrapping paper was personalised exactly as I had requested, and was a very high quality. Was very happy with the order received, speed of delivery, quality of items. Will most definitely be returning to these guys. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Really really impressed with this company so easy to order and prices are fantastic saw a mug I wanted but delivery only from the US which would have taken too long as for a leaving present, did my own design uploaded it with a customised message and arrived the next day, will definitely be using them more in the future, definitely recommend
