I have received product key that did not work. Support proposed working one, the instructions provided did not work, I had to improvise and try on my own. Finally worked but not satisied this time (last time it went well)

The program and license are fine. I am using Mac OS Tahoe and even though I turn off Microsoft update notifications on my system, the system still says that I need to turn on Microsoft Updater on my system.
