I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction. I bought a Microsoft Office package that stopped working after just one week. I have already submitted five complaints, and you have failed to respond to every single one. This is unacceptable. I strongly advise against doing business with this unreliable company
Do you think it’s normal that I’ve sent so many claim requests and none of them have been resolved? You haven't replied to a single one, and now you're telling me to email ........ What’s the point if you're just going to ignore it anyway????"

It's perfect value for the money. I used to buy the Office 365 package for a couple of years, but since the price keeps increasing every year and I never used all the features, I decided to switch to a "less advanced" version Office Professional 2024 Plus and ordered this package instead. Even though it's not the newest product, it offers excellent features for a one‑time payment, which is exactly what I wanted.
