Purchased a dehumidifier on Black Friday while I had option to buy it for same place.After I paid, I receive a confirmation letter saying the item is not in stock and arrives in December 11th. On December 11th I call to double check and they say the supplier has a problem and didnt send it to us and delayed by a week. I accept it. Calling again after a week and they say the same thing.I calmly saying that this is not coolt you sell something on Black Friday and then with no notice decide to deliver 40 days after. The guy on the phone gets upsets and say its not our fault and blame it on the supplier (Woods). and not even apologising.I believe him that the factory has not delivered but its weird he doesn't think I am entitled to be unhappy on them. Am I paying a factory price. No becuase proffsmagasinet is not a charity working for free, proffsmagasinet makes lots of money in between and I am dealing with them.Anyhow extremely disappointing to see how these companies sell stuff to private people when there are a few days of sale all our the world and when taking the money, they act like this.Myself and my company will never ever buy shitt from them anymore. Everyone can put up stuff online, sale stuff, take the money and then go buy it for us. and when its late doesn't take responsibility.
Any relation between the stated delivery time and the actual delivery time is coincidental and no, it has no relation to Jul, or black Friday it happened all year around. 4 out of 4 orders got late, up to three weeks over the delivery time causing delays at work.I would recomand to order from them only if you have a 4 week window before you need to use the items and you want to pay extra
