Review Time
I can understand delivery being a day late because of a road closure, however when the instructions say "leave in parcel box" I do not expect to see the driver going to leave the parcel in the log store at the end of the drive and not even attempting to walk to the front door.
The delivery was on time and carefully placed in our box. It didn’t make much difference but I’d specified our wooden box and it was left in another plastic box we just happened to have nearby. Luckily the delivery photo showed where our item had been placed.
