no need for a wasted 2nd trip

Followed my instruction but only after a failed delivery. I supplied my details to the vendor, and DHL contacted me via WhatsApp to tell me the delivery failed. Having known my number, they could have WhatsApped me to say it was on its way, and that would have averted the wasted second trip. When delivered, the driver was pleasant and professional.
