DHL Express - crazy service

DHL Express seems to have problems with delivery addresses. They find normal postal addresses confusing.The website is also very unclear. They state they will insure items up to £50 but if you state that the value of the item is £50 they will use it as a customs value. You won't see this on the envelope label as it's all bar-coded. So you will then be charged import duty on their insurance value!Also if you send documents, don't specify the actual documents by name as they will argue they are not 'documents'.

Terrible service

Three days at delivery depot delayed message missed the delivery date terrible service there bot is terrible it says my parcel is not arrived with them yet the site says delayed at your delivery depot untrustworthy company
