Review Time
I always trust DHL with courier deliveries for the simple fact that the process is quick and professional. I really like the contact via text messages and emails of tracking the parcel and have always been delivered on time and with care.
DH:L say they have delivered my packageI have been at home all morning.No one has rung or knocked at the door.Nothing has come through the letterbox.This is not the first time they have messed up. They really are the WORST. I am now going to check with retailers which courier they use and if it's DHL I will refrain from purchase!
The app allows for quick changes to delivery information, making it easier for the delivery driver. For instance, I initially requested delivery to the reception but later realized that the information was not visible on the door due to ongoing painting. Thankfully, I was able to update the delivery back to our flat door through the app.
Thank you so much DHL. One of your team went above and beyond today to get my parcel to me. We've been snowed in for several days. Instead of saying he couldn't get to me he gave me a ring to see how far away he was and to see if I could meet him. I walked up the hill, he got out of his van and did the same and I got my parcel. Fantastic service especially when I know your staff are on such tight delivery schedules. I put a comment on your FB page "DHL UK Official Customer Service - Help & Advice" as this was the only place I could find to share this publicly. You should consider providing the option to upload a photo on this review page since you won't allow links to be included. Reviews aren't always bad!
