The parcel was delivered to the wrong address. I am number 41 and it was delivered to number 43. I left instructions for the parcel to be put inside my gate. It was put inside number 43's gate. it was only because I happened to see the DHL van that I saw where it has been put. On your tracking system it was recorded as delivered to number 41!
I was kept very well informed with regard to the delivery date and time, I was also offered a series of options in the event that nobody was home to receive the package, online updates to track delivery.The delivery was within the advised delivery slot - perfect.
DH:L say they have delivered my packageI have been at home all morning.No one has rung or knocked at the door.Nothing has come through the letterbox.This is not the first time they have messed up. They really are the WORST. I am now going to check with retailers which courier they use and if it's DHL I will refrain from purchase!
