Has to be the worst delivery service out there.One delivery left at the gate and not the house.Another delivery missing and when asked about it from customer service was told area manager would be in contact. That was a month ago and still nothing.
Waiting on a delivery for Valentines. Due to be delivered 13th. No delivery no update then delivery received 14th but not the delivery I was expecting. Wrong person, wrong eircode, wrong reference not my package but someone else's. Very basic errors for a courier to make. Not even close. Will be advising retailer same and hopefully they will be able to use a courier that can read.

Parcel emails received on a daily basis for 1 week out for delivery Today and never received. After 3 emails to service email I finally received a parcel delivered email but no parcel arrived. 15 mins on hold for an agent to be repeatly asked to Google the words The Spot as this was where my parcel is , I tried to point out several times I think your interpretation is incorrect can I speak with someone who can tell we were my parcel is , I was informed it would take 3 working days for a driver to respond to them . Do not use this service or outlets that they are delivery agents , avoid at all costs .. to be repeated asked to Google the words ' the Spot ' is hilarious if it wasn't so frustrating as not having my prescription dog food delivered over a week later
