Review Time
Delivery due between 14.29 and 15.29 today. No sign of them all day despite me staying in. Got a message later saying " Your DHL eCommerce UK driver has been unable to deliver your XXXXXX parcel today as they were unable to access the address." Absolute garbage. Clearly couldn't be bothered to deliver the item. Trying again next week, don't worry DHL I didn't need that parcel today. :(
The man I spoke to through the ring camera was great, I understand it can be difficult for a delivery driver having to deal with customers via ring so I appreciate the worker and his service. Always good never no complaints, hoping to get a new box so it’s not a pain for the delivery driver too. As always thank you for the great service you provide.
This company is horrible.First of it said it would take 2-3 business days to arrive 2nd business day exception for weather conditions?! It wasn't raining and it sure is a bad company 3rd business day which was today failed delivery premises closed all my gates were open waiting for it and I actively saw the driver drive past my house after reaching the first OPEN front gate into my house I then called dhl customer service and got transferred to a advisor then their supervisor then the manager I hate this company witha passion never using it again you have proved your selves crap anyway they said they would try to ring the driver to come back and they 'couldn't get hold of him' some exscuse that is they then tried to ring the depot and they tried ringing him they said and I quote 'we couldn't get hold of the driver sorry'..it is now getting delivered on Monday and If it happens again I will not be happy I wouldn't trust this company and i sure wont again..
