This is the second time the driver has left the parcel on my doorstep and left. I received notification that this parcel was to be signed for. This parcel and parcel before Christmas was over £250 worth. I have a parcel box next to the door. He doesn’t even wait to see if there is anyone home

Goods arrived damaged

Goods arrived damaged. Clearly just been thrown around in the van and or dropped on the floor. All corners of the boards were smashed.Time-critical project now ruined by inconsiderate drivers. Will never recommend DHL!!!!!!
