Original delivery failed at 10.16 on 13 Jan - at 11.05 the same day I arranged a redelivery to my home address on 15 January - when I knew I would be at home. I had email confirmation of the change of delivery date. However the driver chose to ignore these instructions and instead delivered the parcel to a collection point at 18.11 - 1.5 miles away from me. I had to go out of my way to collect the parcel from there instead. Appalling service
The parcel was collected from the sender on the 8th but had not been delivered by the 13th, despite being labeled as 24-hour express. There were no replies to messages. The tracking on the 9th indicated 'delayed, will be delivered next working day.' Tracking still shows 'delayed,' with no updates or indication of when delivery will happen. Poor service with a lack of communication. EDIT: Thank you for your reply; it's the first response I've received. As a consumer, the brand is what we see, and when one division fails, it reflects poorly on the entire brand. I hope someone addresses these concerns.
This is the second time the driver has left the parcel on my doorstep and left. I received notification that this parcel was to be signed for. This parcel and parcel before Christmas was over £250 worth. I have a parcel box next to the door. He doesn’t even wait to see if there is anyone home
