Review Time
I received a monitor with missing components and a damaged packaging seal, which immediately raised concerns about whether it was used, returned, or mishandled. For such a large company, this lack of quality control is surprising. To make matters worse, the customer support was completely unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility or providing a prompt solution, I encountered scripted responses, deflection, and a lack of urgency. There was no ownership, no empathy, and no effective resolution. Purchasing new hardware should not feel like a gamble. Between the damaged packaging, missing parts, and inadequate customer support, this has been a frustrating experience. I had higher expectations and will not be buying from this company again.
Like many others, I wish I could rate this company with zero stars. I waited over a month for a package that never arrived, so I decided to cancel my order. Shortly after, I received an email stating it was out for delivery, which felt completely misleading. When I called for assistance, I was put on hold for 47 minutes only to be told that I needed to wait due to a backlog. Other companies I've ordered from delivered on time or just a few days late. This service took over a month, which is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this company.
Just like everybody else here I wish I could give this company 0 stars. Waited over a month for a package that still has not come so cancelled it and magically received a email saying it’s out for delivery which is the biggest load of bs. I rang them and was made wait for 47 minutes just to be told “you have to wait cause of the backlog” but every other company I had ordered off came in time or a few days after??? But GLS took over a month. Ridiculous avoid this company at all costs.
Like others have alluded to, there is an unreasonable wait time. After an agent answered the call, I struggled to communicate with agent who barely spoke any English, advising my pacage was received without any proof or signature. The Indian lady then dropped my call. I will enquire from now on with future purchases making sure GLS is not used as it is a horrendous service and they are criminals.
received my parcel in time for a birthday, the reviews scared me a bit but it may create a bias in your head if you read them too much. people are more likely to post negative reviews than good and i see that seems to be the problem here. it did take a bit but got here in the long run. sorry for dissing you GLS.
