BUYER BEWARE!! Horrible service and horrible customer relations. First, the people responsible for my onboarding (setup) session didn’t know what they were doing. Later that day (Friday) around 5:00 they emailed me saying that everything was good to go. When I called my own number, everything was not good to go. There was no answer. I called back and told them that they must have set it up wrong. The lady said, “oh.. well our tech people go home in 5 minutes so we will call you on Monday to resolve this issue.” I thought to myself, “Is this a joke?” How can a 24-hour answering service have a tech department that works banking hours? Once everything was setup correctly, I called my number again and it rang 9-10 times for about 30 seconds or more before being answered. When I raised this concern, they assured me that they would fix it. The next day (Tuesday) I called my number again and no answer until after 9-10 rings. I had not received one of my calls during this period due to this answering delay. Clients were wondering if my phones were working. Then when I told them to cancel my free trial, immediately I received a call for a potential lead, which looked very bogus. Based on my overall experience, this company is not legitimate. I decided to go with AnswerConnect and immediately noticed a substantial difference and a far superior quality.
I spoke to the owner, Rob a few years ago and he somehow made me feel very uncomfortable while discussing my law firm and its needs to him. You have a truly a remarkable ability. Good job. Stay away from him. Also- very aggressive sales people keep calling us constantly after we told them dozens of times to stop, their reply was "Remove yourself from Google if you don't want to be called." or "There is nothing you can do to make us stop calling you."
