AA part and labor cover a big con

Waited 18 hrs to have van recovered have part and labor cover something in the clutch went garage strip it down said clutch not worn out slave cylinder brocken AA bid not want to pay out cover was a waste of money a big con I asked for 100 pounds back and not have this anymore sent a complaint too waiting now here stay well away from part and labor cover

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!They will not pay out your claim as its corrosion!!! Really something has corroded on a vehicle that runs outside on roads in weather 🤔 absolute joke just wasted 3 days putting van into garage, to get diagnosed and wait 48hrs to get a decision to now having to pay for it myself, so no wages for a week and now a massive repair bill!!! I called 6 garages before I finally got one to agree to take a look at the van knowing that it's through the AA warranty. I thought they must have been all really busy, know I know the real reason, they know that there time as well as the customers will be wasted.

Disgraceful corrupt organisation

This policy is an absolute con! Buyers beware! I recently took out the policy and had a problem with my Mercedes’ . We informed the AA operative of where we had been advised to take the vehicle and proceeded to deal with the fault . The vehicle has taken to the garage and the problem diagnosed . The following day I was contacted by the AA to inform myself that they would not be paying the claim due to the vehicle being driven over 300 miles. I gave the AA the address of the garage prior to taking it and at no point we’re we advised that the vehicle could not travel such a distance .it was a sensor problem not mechanical so the journey did not make the fault any worse. Upon raising the complaint the AA denied having the conversation about where I would be taking the vehicle . Subsequently we have requested a subject access request as per all telephone conversations and shall be taking the matter up with the insurance ombudsman . No wonder this shabby corrupt organisation is rated 3.1 on trust pilot . Stay well away from this underhanded company
