Shocking. Parcel shipped 3 weeks ago and still says "in-transit" on the website. I've finally resolved to the fact that one of their drivers stole my package. I've used that bloody web from about 6 times, no reply. Tried ringing, on hold for 2 hours and then abruptly hung up on.Edit: I don’t have a bloody case number! Nobody got back onto me, I can’t reply to your reply so I don’t even know if you’ll see this anyway, and you didn’t leave any external contact info! An office number might be nice.

AA warranty is the most useless warranty you could ever get yourself into. This is a money making scheme at its best. They use the best words and approaches to get you to join their group, but when it comes to them having to pay up, they look for all sorts of excuses to not pay up.I am not impressed with AA Warranty.
