Hi, I just rang GLS customer care to follow up on Halloween costumes I had ordered and need for tomorrow. I spoke with the loveliest guy called Ian who was very friendly and so helpful. It was so nice to speak with a human and he was happy to help and very efficient. Thanks Ian 10/10 👍🏻👍🏻
Customer care brilliant to deal with as I had attempted to return a package back to a drop off point but the shop refused to take it so when I rang customer care they arranged a delivery person to pick it up from my house the next day. Only issue was the agent advised someone would let me know what time the delivery guy would be arriving but that never happened and the delivery guy arrived unexpected. Thankfully I was home and had the package ready.
