Smooth experience

Had an electric window jam on the 'new' car on day one. Took it in to an approved repairer and everything was handled for me.Very good service.Small excess to pay, but very grateful for the AA warranty.

Until I received this email I thought…

Until I received this email I thought the garage had carried out the work, I was unaware they had made a claim against the warranty. This was the third time the car had been back for quite major repairs since I collected it on the 31 st of May , resulting in it being off the road for quite sometime. However the work was satisfactory.

My warranty case experience

My warranty case was slightly out of the line and it was with David Misseldine from WMS who assisted me in the best possible way to sort it out. I think WMS in terms of process and to understand customer requirements is very intelligent company and helps customers in all possible ways.Good luck to the company and its staff.

Great experience!

I know people are always quick to give poor reviews but I for one had a very positive experience with GLS. The package I was waiting for was time sensitive so when I rang to see if it would be delivered today as instructed on the website tracking, Rachel was very helpful and pleasant when contacted and rang the driver to see would it definitely get out today as I would come collect at the depot if not! She rang me back promptly and assured me it would be delivered today and an hour later it was here!

Appalling!!!!!!!

Appalling!!!!!!!The way my case has been handled. A simple repair to my turbo, has now resulted in a possible engine failure. Had no car for 5 weeks and still waiting for this to be resolve . Not a happy customer 😒

MUST HAVE!!!EASY!!!!!

found easy to get intouch,and told to take to any garage,work completed and car returned within 2 days and all this was done whilst 325 miles from home,well done AA..
