Very Stressful Returns and Ordering

Very Stressful Returns and orderingOrdered a laptop but it had a problem with the lid so I was advised to return. While I processed the return with the representative I placed an order for a new one. I was told it was a seamless process with no worries. UPS return label took over 4 days to generate and in spite of having an order number the “track my order” claims no order placed. I am clueless at this point when my order will arrive.For my return, I was asked to go to the nearest UPS store but the lady at the store refused to take the laptop as it was over $1000. Now I have to arrange a pick up as else they won’t sign the return label for me. Honestly, a company like HP can do much better in the world of e-commerce. Make it easy for the customers.It is now over 1 week my HP has been shipped but I have not received it. Have been charged but no delivery. Everyday the “end of business day” keeps changing. The one sent back was received as per UPS abut no credit issued.Update: It's been over 3 weeks and my credit hasn't shown back on my credit card even though a credit note was issued 3 weeks ago. This is very stressful as the company took no time to charge the card when the purchase was made but it takes them over 20 business days to refund. It is a shame!Last time I will order from here.

I ve bought 2 laptops online during 2020 black friday.HP says now delivery date around dec 30thNo customer service, no email form no updatesThey dont tell you they are going to assemble the laptop then ship it.All excuses on covid but no customer serviceA total scam.Should have read the reviewsNEVER MORE HP*UPDATEGUESS FROM WHERE MY LAPTOPS WERE SHIPPED? Yep China. So there is absolutely no sign of this info anywhere on their website.

Substandard Courier Service

I would strongly recommend not using GLS or any company which uses GLS. In my case, Royal Mail passed my parcel to GLS. I had never heard of them and was concerned by their awful reviews. My very poor experience was similar to that described by others. GLS held my parcel for 10 days in their Dublin Depot. I rang them 4 times during this period to be told twice that my parcel would be delivered the next day, which it wasn't. The GLS tracking system kept stating that my parcel was expected to be delivered that day, but it wasn't. After 10 days, my parcel eventually arrived. As per other reviews, my parcel had been opened. Thankfully, the item was undamaged.

If I could I'd give 0 stars horrible bad service my parcel was out for delivery Friday it never turned up was showing as delivered today but 1000% wasn't tried ringing local depo couldn't get through voice mail was full I then rang dublin number who advised me it was showing as delivered at 1.30 but they would contact driver and local depo and get them to contact me it's now 4.50 pm and still notthing how hard is it to contact a driver and ring customer back am looking forward to your reply if you can be botherd a kid would run a better service

Ordered 1 MacBook and a surface7 tab…

Ordered 1 MacBook and a surface7 tab both lost in transit in ireland ,going mad as their xmas presents, sent email and they couldn't be bothered to reply, now the hassle of getting my money back from the sender,will not use theses again, Will be using an post from now on never had a problem with them ,and the worst is that they don't give a crap about the customer ,as they don't even respond to any inquiries .

Inexistent costumer care. GLS has my parcel since November 30th and I have no idea where it is, they don't reply any email. Terrible service.

I’m absolutely disgusted with this…

I’m absolutely disgusted with this company. My parcel was meant to arrive last Saturday. It was only out for delivery three days ago, and every single day they couldn’t deliver due to “traffic problems”. I’m without wifi now due to this terribly company, but what if I had medication I was sending via GLS and needed them to live? I’m honestly so appalled by the customer service here.

Customer Service is non existent in this company - tract and trace service never updated -telephone service not working - no replies to email enquirers - left waiting at home every day in case delivery arrives - Kilkenny Shop you need to do something about the company you use for deliveries
