Item damaged in transit but sorted by the company.

The communication and speed of delivery from this company were really good. However, when we unwrapped the item later in the day we found the glass on one of the cabinet doors was cracked. The damage had clearly happened in transit and despite initial issues, the company has apologised and paid compensation for the damage. I guess that accidents do happen and as it was sorted for us, they do seem to be a decent company.

Brilliant service from collection to Delivery

Brilliant service from collection to delivery, kept me informed on delivery-progress all the way, Gave me a time slot for the delivery and then an update on the morning of delivery and delivered to that update.Delivery guys put items where I wanted them (as opposed to just dumping them to suit themselves)Cannot rate this firm highly enough - 10/10

Brilliant experience they went the extra mile for me

The delivery was early, they rang me twice keeping in contact; they brought it up the elevator, into the flat and into the cupboard which I would not have been able to and I am so relieved. Thank you so much!

I didn’t hear from couriers well-after…

I didn’t hear from couriers well-after delivery time. However I didn’t know my road was closed and one of them carried my chest of drawers down the street. Amazing.
