I had an excellent experience with Proovia Couriers, the communication was amazing and I received several emails on the day of delivery and a telephone call telling me they were five minutes away. . The two men who brought in my delivery were very polite and asked when I wanted my delivery. Overall, I am very happy customer.
I had a chest of drawers delivered recently and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team was punctual, professional, and handled the item with great care. Communication was clear throughout, and everything arrived in perfect condition. I’d definitely recommend them for any furniture delivery needs!
Awful service by the company. Paid to have a recliner chair picked up and delivered in one piece. Courier asked seller to dismantle into two pieces to get through door. He explained that it needed to be in one piece due to me recently having major surgery and living on my own. Seller was assured the delivery would be assembled at mine. They can’t even get the name right. Mr Lee my late husband sadly passed away two years ago. Disgusting.It wasn’t and the company say their policy is not to do this, I was left with two pieces of chair unable to assemble it. At no point was I told this wasn’t part of the service, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Avoid at all costs.
