Review Time
First time I've had a delivery via Proovia. Received a text the day before delivery providing a 4 hour timeslot. Then received a link the following day which showed the location of the delivery van with a specific time for delivery. Then the delivery guys called me 10 minutes before delivery. Excellent service.
Lovely company- really good comms and emails - kept me up to date all through collection (eBay item) and to Delivery. Lovely chaps carried inside for me and arrived when they in they would - good value quote and would recommend and also use again - thank you
The item arrived within the original window and with two couriers. The latter was important as the item was a heavy wooden work bench. When I asked them to take it to my workshop 20m down a good flat garden path they were clearly unhappy and suggested that they simply leave it for me to move alone. In the end they moved it easily but with much complaining. I would suggest that if you do not wish to properly deliver heavy items then you do not accept the contract.
