Review Time
My item was collected and stored in their warehouse due for delivery. However, my item was reported to be damaged while in their warehouse. I was asked whether to keep on with delivery. I asked for photos of damages but they only sent 1 photo which was not clear. They advised that they will proceed with delivery and I can inspect my item. I am allowed to refuse delivery which I wanted to after checking my item but the assigned driver left as soon as the item was unloaded. It was a frustratingly disappointing experience. I was dealing with Smooth and Easy, apparently under Proovia Couriers group.
Had a consignment which consisted of 4 separate boxes. You damaged 1 and had to pick up a replacement. Had my delivery today which should have been 4 boxes but you only delivered 1. When I questioned the delivery guys they were quite dismissive and would not even talk to me about the missing parcels stating it’s not their problem.
