Very friendly and good communication

Very friendly and good communication. Only negative was collection slot was missed due to bad traffic (although was rearranged quickly) and I couldn't track parcel delivery on the app (was a £2 option but didn't work at all for me).But I would use this courier again based on their friendliness and good communication.

I was told I had to be in for the…

I was told I had to be in for the delivery (I was) and needed my delivery to be taken to the back of the house as is too heavy for me to carry. The delivery (2 gates) was just dumped leaning against my front door. Didn't sign for anything, not doorbell just dump and run.

Impressive service

Delivery men arrived within the time frame allocated even though weather conditions were extremely poor. They were friendly, polite and helpful and carried my chair into house and placed it right where I wanted. I was really impressed with service provided.
