Review Time
I was in two minds to share feedback or not but I feel I should for the benefit of others.I received my order in two shipments, the first was on it's way then a day before it was cancelled but not sure why, then a coupe of weeks later the wall panels and tv panel arrived, not in the best condition so I made the drive wait until I had checked the items inside which seemed ok. I then ordered the fire which I asked for it to be mounted in the cabinet but came flat packed, not sure why that was when I was expecting it fully assembled. The day it arrived I was unavailable as I was in hospital so a neighbour accepted the delivery into my garage, on my return I checked it and the boxes were all in a mess, all ripped and squashed from what only I can think were the straps to hold it in the vehicle. I have not been able to check the content's due to still being unwell but I have someone building it for me in a week's time and I am hoping that nothing is damaged.
The delivery driver would not let me sign unchecked. He told me not to. I took the handset and tried to sign again and his tone was sharp. I have not opened the box. The marbel or wood work could be damaged as I’ve not checked it. I felt the driver was out of order removing what I wanted to write
