Did not even ring my door! Not sure where they even delivered??? Terrible service. I have a video of me opening my door (although they never rang the bell) but I saw them on the camera luckily and they looked at me both the driver and the helper and drove off! Update: I have since called these guys and they came back to deliver it to me which was nice of them
The item of furniture was reported as delivered but was delivered to the wrong house. No communication to say it was delivered apart from the live tracking. I had to go out looking for it. It was left out in the rain at the wrong address. Communication with courier was not fast as I found the parcel before I heard anything back as to where the parcel was.
