4/5 great customer service from email to phone call.Couldn't do one date and they changed it. Only criticism is I left a message with the driver and I don't believe he followed it 100% but they did deliver it into the room that I needed it to be.

Exceptional service

The service Madeline Danut Elvis and his colleague provided was very good. When a tall piece of furniture didn’t fit in the lift they carried it up to the second floor without complaint and with care.I can see why Proovia rates so highly if every delivery is up to this standard.
