2 foreign mem who could barely speak English let alone speak it arrived twice at my property to collect a mobility scooter for the atrocious GMS mobility company. No appropriate lifting or lowering equipment was used. One of the couriers rode the scooter almost into me. I am a 73 year old disabled lady I had to lurch backwards to avoid being hit by him on the scooter. Dreadful experience.

The Worst Moving Company I Have Ever Dealt With – Avoid at All CostsIf I could give minus stars, I would.This company has been an absolute disaster from beginning to end. I have never dealt with a group so shockingly unprofessional, unprepared, and careless. It genuinely felt like they had no idea what they were doing.My delivery showed up two days late, and when it finally arrived, the condition of my belongings was unbelievable. Boxes were smashed, items were hanging out, and my large TV's screen completely broken. After all that, the company had the nerve to refuse any compensation for the damage. Completely unacceptable.The driver only made matters worse. He showed zero accountability, instantly blaming “other drivers” who supposedly handled the boxes earlier instead of owning the mess delivered right to my door. His behavior was concerning, and he appeared noticeably unsteady, which made me seriously question whether he was even in a state to be driving. Just another sign of how badly run this company is.Late. Careless. Unreliable. Unprofessional.This company didn’t just miss expectations—they obliterated them in the worst possible way.If you actually care about your belongings, choose literally anyone else. Companies that operate with this level of negligence and disregard for customers shouldn’t even be in business.
