They just delivered a heavy, ornate, double glazed window and clearly took great care to get it here in perfect condition. The two delivery guys were very polite. They did so well we have just booked them again for another job. We buy lots of things from around the country, so finding these couriers is such a relief. The communication by the company was excellent also and they are very easy to contact. 100% happy with this company.
I was very happy with Proovia Couriers.Great customer service and good value. Very good options for collection and delivery times. I was having several boxes delivered from Swindon to Edinburgh. I was given a 3 hour time slot. The driver called me when he was nearby. The two delivery guys were really polite and helpful. I would definitely use this service again.
This is the second delivery by Proovia. Proovia is in my opinion is a very reliable firm from the booking to delivery, they give a day that's suitable for you and the day before a 3hr time slot the on the day a further actual time to arrive with your item. You piece of furniture is carefully brought into the house with be it 2 men or one.Very happy with our delivery from Proovia!!
Great communication, timely delivery and what I appreciate most it was constant update regarding progress. People who delivered my parcel were very friendly and placed my two massive boxes exactly where I asked. Excellent manners, nice polite, fast great service.
