The app is in early days and quite a few common features are missing.But they support some key features like employer contributions and in specie transfers, that veteran competitors still lack.Also their customer support is quick and responsive, and they make it back for those app missing features, doing them manually (much quicker than Vanguard, Fidelity, and InvestEngine at least. Their offer of funds/ETFs is unbeatable value with their ocf refund at the moment.I transferred both my ISA and SIPP.

I transferred a pension from L&G because I was unhappy with the android app and latency in processing switches.So far I am pleased with Prosper - I've invested half my portfolio in a handful of funds/ETFs where the charges are zero or near-zero. The app is basic but absolutely fine and customer service reply was reasonably quick when I asked about updating beneficiaries. Only time will tell, of course, but so far I have no complaints nor regrets in transferring.
